Trying to Lean Into the Discomfort
what does the Lord require of you
but to do justice, and to love kindness,
and to walk humbly with your God?
–Micah 6:8
Justice.
Kindness.
Humility.
Those things are absolutely relevant at this moment in our life together.
It’s a pretty ambitious To-Do list.
I’m a 58-year-old white man.
This doesn’t feel like the time for me to be talking and writing.
I need to be listening and reading.
I need to be doing, loving, and walking.
I’m gonna try to do that.
I’d appreciate any guidance or company that you care to offer.
